September 2019 Issue

The International Journal of Civil Service Reform and Practice

of the Astana Civil Service Hub

is seeking papers for its upcoming issue; hence we invite you to submit or recommend original research papers dealing with the topics of civil service reform theory and practice, public sector human resources management and development, public service delivery, and ethics and anti-corruption practices. 

The International Journal of Civil Service Reform and Practice (IJCSRP) is a practitioner-oriented, peer-reviewed, open access journal, published biannually by the Astana Civil Service Hub (ACSH).

The Journal aims to provide access to global knowledge on civil service reform theory and practice to the Commonwealth of Independent States, Central Asia, the Caucasus and other ACSH participating countries by publishing high quality papers based on original and novel research in the field.

The Astana Civil Service Hub is launching anew the publication of its Journal, in a revamped format to reach international standards, aspiring to become a reputable scientific reference publication in its field.

BENEFITS OF PUBLISHING WITH THE IJCSRP

High visibility: The Journal is disseminated to an extensive list of partners in the ACSH participating countries, as well as various international organisations, academic institutions and think tanks around the world.

Open Access: There is no submission fee; all published articles are available and accessible to everyone interested in civil service related issues.

Authors may submit their manuscripts in the form of research papers, articles, case studies, discussion notes, and book reviews, either online (preferred; registration is required): www.astanahubjournal.org, or by email at journal.acsh@undp.org.

Your manuscripts should not exceed 8,000 words in length and they may be written in English or Russian. Detailed guidelines for prospective authors are available here.

Submission deadline for the upcoming issue is August 25, 2019
