The best practices for improving the quality of public services among the member countries of the Hub, in particular Georgia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, were presented at the joint seminar of the Regional Hub of Civil Service in Astana, Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Nazarbayev University’s Graduate School of Public Policy.
The seminar was attended by the representatives of the Presidential Administration, Prime Minister’s Office, central government authorities and “Government for citizens” State Corporation. The videoconference was also attended by officials of local executive bodies, the territorial departments of the Agency and the State Corporation branches.
