The Regional Hub of Civil Service in Astana organized a panel session titled Partnerships for Civil Service Excellence: Practices from the Astana Civil Service Hub Participating Countries within the 2017 NISPAcee Annual Conference.

 The session was aimed at bringing together experts and practitioners of the Hub participating countries:

– to share the recent transformations of the civil service in the concerned countries for the benefit of the NISPAcee members, particularly those with research interests in the region;

– to stimulate the exchange of practices in tackling key civil service challenges with a focus on country-specific challenges and reform initiatives;

– to provide a dialogue platform for addressing knowledge needs and capacity-building opportunities;

– to facilitate networking of the Hub participating countries with NISPAcee members.
