Astana Civil Service Hub participated in the International Forum on Peer-to-Peer learning for effective institutions, which was held at the OECD Headquarters in Paris 13-14 February 2018.
Team Leader of the Astana Hub Aliya Yessimseitova presented the experience of Hub in supporting of public services development in the region. Since 2016, the Peer Learning Alliance, which includes organizations of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Kazakhstan, has been working with the assistance of the Astana Hub. In the framework of the Alliance an active exchange of experience in the field of public services is arranged, along with that the research on innovations in public services was conducted.
The Forum participants expressed interest in studying and applying the experience of the Astana Hub in partnership development and capacity building through Peer-to-Peer learning. Considering the interest of the countries of the region, in 2018 the Astana Hub plans to support the establishment of a second Peer Learning Alliance in the field of E-government and innovations in public service.
