Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Astana Civil Service Hub Alikhan Baimenov met with Chairman of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anticorruption Alik Shpekbayev in Astana.

Over the past two years, the Agency has been actively cooperating with the Astana Hub. In particular, the Astana Hub provided support in implementing a number of significant projects - the Factor and point scale (grading) system, the Common framework of competencies (Competencies Model), the study on "Advancing Civil Service Reform in Kazakhstan: benchmarking against OECD countries" and etc.

During the meeting, the parties signed the Joint Action Plan for 2018 and reached an agreement on expanding cooperation between the Agency and the Astana Hub.
